crying about presentation

Funny idea gets worse presentation. Look at the picture below what a friend of mine found at a dealership in the south of Germany. The text shown there let us know from top to bottom: "Sold - no reason to cry - gladly we would like to offer you another car". Basically a funny idea to use an emotionally loaded information sheet to bring the clients attention also to the attractive bargains around. But even if the car has a new owner wouldn´t it be more attractive to use a professional display solution instead to throw a simple paper with no direction behind the windshield?
