protect your Mini , August 20th 2012

It seems that King Kong is in your neighborhood and I recommend to all Mini owners - please keep a close eye on your car.

Seriously though, I saw this outstanding promotion for a rental car company at the Duesseldorf airport. This German rental company is well known for its unconventional promotion and advertising at airports and in print campaigns. I wish more car dealer would use such imaginative ways to create attention for their stores. And one thing is for sure: your dealership would be an attraction for all family members.

Wouldn´t buying a car with this sense of humor be more fun for all of us?

There are some cars outside any presentation around would distroy the artwork itself. Excellent body work, great color job and shapes which are not seen so often on our streets. In Europe you never will such cars on streets and even in the USA they are very rare. Enjoy it!

"Be careful where you park your car" is what we probably want to say when seeing the above picture. Or maybe even "you should never gamble with someone else's money"...

You can find this presentation at the classical car collection in Volo, Illinois. Beside of classical cars you can buy you find lots of cars that got famous trough movies. The pictured one is from the movie “Bonny and Clyde”. Other cool cars you can find there are from “Back to the Future”, “Blues Brothers” and “Terminator III”. Displayed onto the wall behind each car are the movie scenes in which the cars appeared. All in all great entertainment and lots of fun.

sales bundle , July 17th 2012

romulus mi

Look on Wikipedia for a product bundle and you will find following information“… is a marketing strategy that involves offering several products for sale as one combined product“ (source Wikipedia)

Congratulations for this amazing example I saw in Romulus, MI. For all you students of marketing or economy out there, from time to time you should leave the university to get best practice. But that´s not all. This picture will teach you another lesson. Each seller should stay flexible to take advantage of every occasion that approaches. This guy is doing it right because you can either get it all together or even just some parts.

Overall this is marketing par excellence and much more praxis related than most study books.
